Want Joy and Magic in your Life? Dance your way into it.  For the first time in Minneapolis YogaSamba™ meets YogaTrance™.

Join us on this moving meditation and high-energy journey to liberate your creative force.  Space is limited.  This is more than a yoga class. More than a dance class. It’s an inner exploration and a deep healing journey. Many of my students have shared that they often spend $100 for healing sessions like reiki, energy work, acupuncture, therapy and more.

I’m so happy to be able to offer this powerful healing journey for only half that price. At $50, this is a experience that will help you shed the layers you know longer need and emerge more joyful, confident and filled with purpose and divinity. Each experience is so unique, I invite you to try it yourself. With Mother’s Day this month, this is the ultimate way to honor the divine mother within you, as well as your inner goddess who is dancing with anticipation to emerge.

Are you living with digestive discomfort? Confused about how to eat? Overwhelmed by information from the media regarding nutrition? Tired of dieting? Not feeling supported in your journey with food?

Take the 30-Day Eat-Clean Challenge where you will be given tools, education, and support to create eating habits and a lifestyle that promotes individual health on all levels.

Chris Pietrzak-Wegner, CSCS, Level I Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, will guide participants through the 30-Day Eat-Clean Challenge educating individuals on how to tailor their eating habits specifically to their body’s needs. This program is a facilitated group format, meeting four times throughout the 30-day challenge. Each meeting will address a different aspect of nutrition and discuss over-coming common road blocks. The group format also gives participants a support network creating a forum to exchange ideas, concerns, successes, and challenges. The in-person support will extend online though weekly inspirational emails as well as an online forum to connect with other participants.

The 30-Day Eat Clean Challenge IS a challenge; it is a personal journey that requires full engagement by the participant. It will involves discipline, self-discovery, self-care, and courage to break away from learned behavior and conditioning and to develop new and healthy patterns. This challenge will involve eliminating foods that are often common to daily meals, but are also often the biggest contributors to digestive imbalance and disease. Throughout the journey of this 30-day challenge participants will be held in a non-judgmental supportive community.

Some of the benefits you may experience from this journey include reduced cravings, balanced energy, improved mental clarity, and decreased digestive stress. One of the most important benefits available is finding balance and well-being within you.

The Art & Science of Meditation – Level 1

The Art & Science of Meditation – Level 1

Sunday, May 13th 2012
1:00 – 4:00pm
For: Anyone Wanting to Start or Deepen their Practice

Meditation promotes joyful, balanced living and enriches the journey of life. It is not a passive process of closing the eyes and hoping for the best, nor, inducing a silent, blank-
mind.  It is a state of awareness achieved through correct practice of specific techniques.  Such techniques are part of the Inner Sciences derived from universal tenets perceived and handed down through the ages. In classical yoga, meditation frees us from a limiting sense of self-identity and awakens realization of our universal or Infinite Self.

In this workshop we address:

♦ The Spiritual Journey
♦ The Yamas and Niyamas
♦ How to Free the Body/Mind of Tension
♦ Why Meditation Works
♦ A Classic Concentration Technique
♦ Daily Practice Guidelines
