All-Faiths Meditation Worship Service
These Meditation Worship Services are for persons of all faith traditions, or none, who desire inner nourishment through a meditation-based spiritual service. The program will be simple and consistent:  An Opening Prayer Invocation, Guided Breath / Mind Centering Devotional Song or Chanting, Silent Meditation, A Healing Offering, An Inspirational Message. This comfortable, inclusive format is to help deepen ones inner-experience of and relationship with, the Divine.

Anusara Yoga Mixed Levels
Is a unique blend of Hatha yoga that meshes biomechanical principles of alignment with a celebration of heart and spirit.  A moderately paced class, open to beginners and intermediate students. All are welcome.

Anusara Yoga Intermediate/Advanced Level
For continuing Anusara students who have a good understanding of the Universal Principles of Alignment (UPAs). Students should be versed with handstand at the wall as well as pushing up into urdhva dhanurasana (backbend). Expect a supportive, dynamic and playful environment.

Anusara “The Practice”
A 2-hour playful, structured practice session geared toward experienced intermediate and advanced Anusara students. The teacher most often practices alongside the students and gives direction and guidance. Students should be able to perform handstand and urdhva dhanurasana with straight arms. A strong understanding of the Anusara alignment principles is encouraged. Students should have enough experience that they can safely practice in a continuous flow.

Ashtanga Yoga Journey
In our quest for balance, stability and mindful activity, this 60 min. class offers an opportunity to be guided inward on a journey of evolution and involution with your true nature. Classic Ashtanga yoga unites the breath, concentration, meditation, withdrawing the senses from external focus, restraint practices and observances to rise the kundalini up and beyond the limitations of the body-mind! We will open, unwind, find our strength and relax the knots, tensions, and restrictions that limit us from being present, connected to our heart song and on our way to following our Bliss!

Budokon Yoga Basics Level 1
This style is a groundbreaking synthesis of the most effective elements of yoga and martial arts, the result is a strong yet centered workout that truly builds the body, mind and soul, and it is challenging and great fun.  This is the perfect class for anyone brand new or just getting started with the Budokon practice.  Students will cover the fundamental techniques that comprise the system at a slow and steady pace. The theme of this class is slowing down to master the basics. All levels welcome. Suggested Donation: 15.00.

Fertile Grounding Yoga Weekly 1 Hour Class
This is a restorative yoga class focused on preparing the body for pregnancy, as well as female balancing. This practice focuses on breath work, opening the physical and emotional body, reducing stress and anxiety, and bringing calm and balance. Whether you are in the midst of infertility treatment, or just decided to seek pregnancy, this class is for you. You will also meet and connect with other women in this class walking the same path.

Fertile Grounding Yoga Six Week Series Workshop
(Scheduled a few times a year)
In this workshop, you’ll find support, education, inspiration and peace with your journey. Whether you are in the midst of fertility treatments, or just starting to walk a holistic path of seeking pregnancy, these six weeks will be an amazing place for you to optimize your reproductive health, while nurturing your mind, body and spirit. In each three hour session, we’ll practice yoga, have a featured educational segment (nutrition, holistic support, coping, and more), meditation, guided journal writing and conversation with others on the same path. We’ll find ways to connect to yourself and others, while creating a calm state for your body, and learn lifestyle changes to foster your fertility.

Gentle Flow Vinyasa Yoga
A Vinyasa Flow class for all levels.  Vinyasa is a series of postures that flow from one to the next.  Beginning, intermediate or advanced, you will be challenged and nurtured in this class.  Leave your stress behind, come open the body through breath and postures.  Pregnant or seeking fertility? This is a great class to round out your yoga practice, and I will guide you through the modifications.

Guy’s Yoga
Gentleman!  Are you a runner? Cycler? Golfer? Weekend Warrior?  Or even a stressed out Office-Jack-of-all-Trades?  Well, the benefits of yoga are NOT just for ladies!  Enjoy your own class where you can reduce stress, invest in your body, and up your game.  Geared towards getting into the tight places while working on strength and range of motion, this class will be a combination of Yin/Vinyasa styles of yoga. Yin yoga works to open up your flexibility by targeting the deep connective tissue with quiet and intense holds. Vinyasa, a moving and flowing yoga, will maintain and build strength and mobility in your body.  Emphasis on breath and mindfulness will also help to reduce stress and clear that cluttered mind.  Beginners and the inflexible welcome.

Kickboxing
Combat arts training offers you an incredible workout and learning a skill all in one. Join us in this class that teaches you proper punching/kicking technique on focus pads. Taught by a skilled and champion fighter. You’ll feel stronger within one session and will look forward to your next workout after having so much fun. All equipment provided.

Kung Fu Wing Tzun
Get a great high-intensity workout while learning valuable self-defense skills. Practice proper footwork, kicks and strikes. A twenty minute workout called the “Shred” will improve your core strength and cardio. Boost your reflexes through tactile training, a drill unique to WT Kung-Fu system. Gain confidence practicing self-defense scenarios with partners. Wear loose-fitting clothes and sneakers and eat something light one hour prior to class, bring water. Classes are intended for adults.

LVA 9V5 Workout
LVA’s signature 9V5 Workout engages every body part, and includes every fitness level from athlete to beginners. This 45 minute class is broken down into 9- 5 minute segments that engages all parts of the body and mind. We use yoga principles and athletic drills for warm up, body weight training for strength, shadow boxing for HOT arms, plyos and agility drills for cardio fitness, and include stretch cool down at the end of class. The exercise change daily so boring doesn’t happen, and you get an incredible sweat session efficiently and quickly. Offered at an affordable monthly price point you receive guidance, motivation, and accountability at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Meditation Practice Group / The Art of Being
This artful practice offers the modern day seeker an opportunity to relax into a posture that connects the breath to the body, the body to the earth and gently invites the mind to let go into the observation of how it is to be relatively still, quiet and alert. The benefits have been documented through science with regards to our overall health as well as by spiritual pundits as the leading tool for adults to continue to grow in consciousness and virtue.

Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga
This is an all level’s prenatal/postnatal yoga class (if prenatal, start at anytime. If Postnatal start at 6 weeks postpartum and with permission from your caregiver).  Join us for an amazing yoga class prepared for you and your changing body.  The practice will focus on breath, hip and pelvis opening, stress reduction, calming and balancing, fluid reduction, healing and over all well being! Class is always open for pregnancy conversation too! Seeking pregnancy? You are always welcome to this class.

Seniors Yoga
Join a fun, relaxing class that employs yoga poses and approaches to facilitate muscle strength and flexibility, improve circulation and balance,  and develop your overall physical, mental and emotional well-being.  Through breath work, gentle stretches and focused exercises, this class explores the ways that yoga can help you feel your best. This class is intended for people 55 and up, and all levels are welcome- beginners too!

Restorative Yoga — The Art of Resting Deeply
Experience your calm center with gentle, supported yoga postures, simple breathing techniques and basic meditation. Restorative Yoga helps heal the effects of chronic stress, tension and fatigue. Restorative Yoga also soothes the nervous system and renews the body’s natural energy and balance.

Yoga Bonding (Parent and Baby Yoga)
A class just for you and Baby.  We’ll start with yoga just for babes. Its a fun series that will help them sleep better, digest better, and over all be happier!! The second half of class will be yoga for your healing body.  A gentle series that brings babies along for the ride, and at the same time tones and opens your body.  Mommies and Daddies are welcome.  The series is based on the Yoga Bonding series created by my mentor Lisa Bergly. Start when babies are 6 weeks old.  We feed and diaper babies right in class. Oh… and you’ll meet lots of other parents and babies in this class too!  Bring 2 blankets, one for laying baby on, and one for swaddling.

Yoga Meditation: Peace, Truth, Bliss
In this meditation practice, we will explore simple but profound breath-awareness,relaxation, and meditative techniques that make up the science of meditation in the Himalayan Yoga tradition. Together, these techniques can naturally enhance health, wellness, creativity, concentration, happiness, and compassion. We will also havea chance to explore the practice’s roots in Yoga philosophy, as well as in ancient Tantric texts and the wisdom of the Vedas, India’s oldest literature. Those familiar with meditation, those curious about it, and those who have struggled to establish a practice are welcome to the ongoing practice.

Zumba® Zumba®
Classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’re getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
