Expand your understanding of yoga asana, evolve your practice and gain new tools and skills to implement immediately into your practice and teaching over these three days. Each day will consist of a Yoga Lab (for dedicated students and teachers) that will be a mix of theory and experiential exercises, and an Asana Class (for all levels) where Noah will showcase some of the focuses of the day. You will further ground yourself in the fundamentals of asana, bridge into intermediate and advanced poses, build upon and refine your teaching skills, and increase the potency of your teaching. Bring a copy of Light on Yoga, a towel for class, your notebook, snacks/lunch, a commitment to learning and evolving your practice and teaching in a safe and dynamic environment.
Each Yoga Lab will include focus on:
>> Pose knowledge >> Pose improvement >> Modifications and props usage >> Applied anatomy >> Sequencing strategies >> Observation skills >>Teaching skills: verbal cues, visual demonstrations, hands-on adjustments
